Three steps to submit a claim online
Step 1
Head to your account and select the policy you want to claim on. Click the "claim" button and we'll guide you through how to make your claim.
Step 2
Our claims partners will review your claim and contact you with a decision, or let you know if they need more information.
Step 3
If your claim has been accepted, you'll be advised the claim payment amount, less any excess that may be payable.
